Lucy McCullough is a multidisciplinary narrative designer, interpreter and curator. With over 20 years experience, her practice spans exhibition, installation, performance and graphics, with a background working with museums, galleries, cultural institutions, theatre companies, and film productions. Her work bridges research and interpretive strategy with creativity. She approaches every project with a spirit of collaboration and co-design, seeking to amplify diverse voices and foster more inclusive narratives. She brings conceptual rigour, imagination and a strong commitment to research to every project, exploring how shared stories shape our understanding of place, identity, connection and possibility. She holds a BA in Design for Performance from NIDA and an MA in Narrative Environments from Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London.
